Populorum Progressio

Our pope is really acting like Herr Professor Ratzinger, in referring people reading his encyclical to read Populorum Progressio. It’s really, really long!

But wow, this really is an interesting one. What’s most interesting is how old-fashioned the papal style was allowed to be, even in 1967.

“On being elected pope, We became the father of all men.” Wow. Not gonna hear that in a papal text these days, even though it is still true. Oh, Professor Ratzinger, you are a funny, funny guy.

Also, we have here a clear call for more global trade, so as to better supply the demand. Ha!

Well, I have to get along to work, so as to develop humans through better telecommunication. More later, I guess!
