Egg Salad with Soy Sauce

I was making egg salad today, but then I realized I didn’t have any pickle juice to make the egg salad nice and tangy.

So — don’t judge me — when I made my egg salad sandwich and then heated it up in the oven, I put soy sauce on top.

It didn’t look all that good, and you probably don’t want to include it as an ingredient — but it tasted great!
